  • 69-year-old female
  • Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, morbid obesity
  • Two prior ventral hernia repairs and one prior ex lap for small bowel obstruction and resection
  • Returned to OR for closure
  • Referral to wound center
  • Current treatment: moist gauze

Procedure

  • Wound sharp debrided
  • STRAVIX Tissue placed in a single application
  • NPWT applied over product

Wound closed at day 47
